Network Drive, Google Drive & OneDrive

Network Drive

If your Frog is hosted in school, you will be able to see your home or network drive inside FrogDrive.  You are able to:

  • Upload to your Network drive
  • Assign files from here to your students
  • Use these files in a site
  • Duplicate a file
  • Send a copy of a file to a group or individual
  • Transfer a copy to your FrogDrive documents
  • Delete directly

This is a useful way of accessing your documents from home

Google Drive

If your school uses Google Apps for Education, you will be able to see your Google Drive within FrogDrive.   You have the same level of access and control over your Google documents as you would over any network files.

The Google Preview Widget enables you to view Google documents in a site.

OneDrive

Frog's integration with OneDrive is not as advanced as it is with other options.  Currently, you can only see any OneDrive files you have uploaded via FrogDrive.  Any files added to OneDrive directly are not visible inside Frog.
