5. Tracking Student Work

The Head of ICT had requested a way to keep track of student’s progress for his subject. He felt that ICT was harder to track than ‘traditional’ book-based subjects. The ePortfolio feature within FrogLearn was an ideal solution. Individual ePortfolios were created to keep a record of written feedback and dialogue between teachers and students.
Site ownership was given to each class teacher to access their own student pages and view individual progress. Students are also able to contribute file drops, add comments and upload to site timelines which means both parties can interact. Crucially students can actively demonstrate their work.
