What are we looking for?

Frog is looking for an outgoing, friendly and well organised Events Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of all local and national events. 

Working for the Sales and Marketing Campaign Manager you will help identify the most effective UK and international events to be associated with, to reach our target audience.

The role will be based at Frog's head office in Halifax, West Yorkshire.



You will be directly responsible for the promotion and delivery of all local events, continually developing Frog’s local presence to get more value for money and more quality leads.

Overview of responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the planning and logistics of all local, national and international events. Including the BETT Show and Frog Conference

  • Using negotiation skills the post holder should get the best value for money on all venue and group bookings - making use of free venue finding agencies where necessary

  • Onsite delivery and managing of specific events.

  • Create and continuously develop local events to support the sales team in their area – working with the partners manager to promote new opportunities

  • Deliver all local events, including all associated promotion to ensure all events hit agreed attendance target

  • Creating momentum and driving people to events

  • Ensure all event activity is recorded in the CRM system and all event leads are uploaded within 2 days of the event

  • Support the Chief Customer Officer and Sales and Campaign Manager on PR activities and administration when necessary

  • Liaise and develop relationships with external organisers, speakers, venues and internal staff as appropriate
