Now that you have viewed the overview of the children’s progress as a cohort you may want to review if their may be any contributing factors to the children’s progress, for example the child may be recorded as having additional needs, at Frog we call this Contextual data.

This report can be found in the Age-Related Progress section of the Reporting application

The report below looks at the same group of children with any information regarding Contextual data. These are standard data sets and cannot be changed, however as this is an age-related report it does give an insight as to how the children are working at or below age related targets.

There are several different parameters to consider with this report and this should be read in conjunction to this Link to the Taught, Assessed Target information.

The Parameters defined were:

• Calculation Method: Assessed
• Select Reporting Period – Cycle only
• Select Student or Group
• Select Curriculum (more than one can be used)
• Include Prior Year Gaps (yes, no, split)
• Filter by KPI’s

Functionality:

• Student Filters can be applied on Frog to filter specific students and contextual data.

• Viewed on Frog % interactive view total LO’s and list LO’s
• The name and description of the report can be changed.
• The report can be saved in the My Reports section of the application for use later
• The report can be downloaded as a pdf to be shared
